What is Local Living’s Return and Refund Policy?
We aim to please and will do our best to resolve your request. We have a 10 day Refund Policy, meaning if you want to return your voucher for whatever reason within 10 days of your purchase, Local Living will honor a full refund for the amount that you paid to the purchaser in the original form of payment, provided that you have not redeemed the voucher. Otherwise All Sales are Final and we do not provide refunds unless you are unable to redeem a voucher because the merchant has gone out of business.
Expired and Used vouchers do not qualify for a refund. We value you as a customer and would be willing to do the best we can so you are welcome to email us your request or feedback to email@example.com.
We will always honor your refund requests if a business closes permanently or have moved outside of your local area and you have not yet redeemed your voucher, an event is canceled or rescheduled, or a business refuses to accept your unredeemed voucher.
Any unredeemed voucher may be returned for a refund within the first 10 days after purchase. After that, all sales are final. If a voucher has expired, it loses its promotional value, but you can still redeem it at the price you paid for the length of time stated by gift certificate laws in your state.
For ticketed events, refunds cannot be issued after the event date (even if you are within the 10 day refund policy period). Please refer to the deal fine print under the terms and conditions of the offer. If an event is ever canceled or rescheduled, we’ll notify you and offer a full refund.
Products and Goods:
Please refer to the deal fine print under the terms and conditions of the offer. If items arrive damaged, defective, or missing parts, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
If you’re unable to book the stay you want, during the available dates and before the book-by date, we'll refund your unredeemed Getaways voucher. After the book-by date passes, all sales are final.

• I made a purchase by mistake. Can I cancel my order?
Local Living will provide a full refund of the purchase price paid by you for any purchases within 10 business days, provided you have not redeemed the voucher.
For product deals, Local Living will provide a full refund of the purchase price paid by you for your product within 7 business days of the delivery of the product, provided the item is returned in its original packaging. Please refer to the deal fine print of specifics of each offer as certain products may not be returnable due to legal restrictions. Local Living is not responsible for the costs of return shipping to the merchant.
• What if a merchant goes out of business?
If the merchant has gone out of business before you are able to redeem your voucher, Local Living will provide a full refund for the purchase price paid by you for your voucher or product provided that your voucher was not redeemed yet, and has not expired.
• How do I return a product?
Each Product has a different return policy. Please refer to the offer’s fine print or the merchant's website for their return policy. Please note that Local Living is not responsible for the costs of return shipping.
• How long does it take to process my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 24-72 hours once the refund is deemed valid.
• How will I be refunded?
Refunds will be paid to the purchaser in the original form of payment. If Local Living credit was used to make the purchase, your account will be credited back the same amount used.
